These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided through the fb 7 platform. By registering on fb 7 or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

These terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute between fb 7 and a member, both parties will first attempt to resolve it directly.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the fb 7 website, creating an account, or participating in any game or betting service, you unconditionally accept these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using fb 7 services.

1.2 Amendments to Terms

fb 7 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Revised terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continuing to use the service after any amendment means the member is considered to have accepted the updated terms.

Each person may open only one account on fb 7. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, fb 7 reserves the right to close them and forfeit the associated balances.

2.1 Registration Details

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when opening an account. The following details must be filled in correctly:

• Full name (as on national ID card)
• Active mobile number
• Date of birth
• Preferred payment method

Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

fb 7 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. fb 7 may request a national ID card or other documents when a withdrawal is requested or for security reasons. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

All casino and betting activities on fb 7 are for persons aged 21 or above only. The service is not knowingly provided to anyone who is underage.

3.1 Age Verification

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (per method).

4.3 Withdrawing Bonus Funds

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,200, and ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering must be completed first.
• While one bonus is active, another cannot be claimed unless stated separately.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, fb 7 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• The minimum deposit for all bonuses is ৳300.

5.3 VIP Programme

fb 7 VIP members receive weekly cashback based on their regular play. There are four tiers ranging from Bronze to Platinum. The cashback rate and benefits differ by tier — see the VIP section for details.

Each game and sports betting product on fb 7 has its own rules. The general rules are as follows:

6.1 Bet Cancellation Conditions

fb 7 reserves the right to cancel bets in the following situations:

• If incorrect odds or outcomes are displayed due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed and no new date is set.
• Bets placed during a system error.

6.2 Game Results

Results in live casino and slot games are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG). For sports betting, official results will be considered final. fb 7's decision is final and binding.

6.3 Mobile Service

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fb 7 and will result in immediate account closure:

• If documents required for identity verification are not provided.

• At the member's own request.

8.2 Balance on Account Closure

If an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of terms, the verified balance will be returned. If closed due to a breach of terms, bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited; whether the original deposit amount is returned will depend on the outcome of the investigation.
